Kristen M. Cox
Ms. Cox practices in the area of Corporate and Securities as well as Real Estate. She concentrates her practice in corporate transactions, corporate organization and governance, and securities laws and regulations. Her real estate practice includes sales and acquisitions of improved and unimproved property, negotiation of management agreements and commercial leases, execution of like-kind exchanges, representation of borrowers in lending transactions, and representation of local real estate developers.
Ms. Cox was admitted to practice in Texas in 2005.
