Patricia K. Dorey
Ms. Dorey has been with the firm since April 1991. She initially practiced in the areas of civil litigation, federal income tax litigation, and white collar legal defense. Since approximately October of 1995, she has been practicing in the area of commercial real estate. Her real estate practice includes acquisition of luxury hotels, resorts, office buildings and retail projects throughout the United States, timeshare development negotiation of management agreements and commercial leases, representation of borrowers in lending transactions, and representation of local real estate developers.
Ms. Dorey was admitted to practice in Texas in 1991.
