Michael E. McCue
Mr. McCue specializes in representing entities and individuals accused of white collar crimes and in representing those clients in related civil litigation. Mr. McCue represents both domestic and international clients and has provided counsel in the areas of government contract fraud, securities fraud, health care fraud, tax fraud, and all types of financial crimes. He has substantial expertise in representing clients in the defense of false claims actions and assisting companies in developing ethics and compliance programs. He also counsels clients in connection with internal investigations both prior to and during official government inquiries.
Mr. McCue is a speaker and author in the area of white collar criminal defense and false claims actions.
Mr. McCue was admitted to practice in Texas in 1985.
