David N. Reed
Mr. Reed has been practicing law in the areas of securities, corporate, and banking law since 1974. Between 1974 and 1978, he was a trial attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Since 1978, he has been in private practice in Dallas, Texas representing clients in a wide variety of corporate, commercial and regulatory transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, securities registrations, corporate reorganizations, and banking matters. He also represents clients in administrative, arbitration, and enforcement proceedings before securities and banking regulatory authorities. He regularly counsels boards of directors and board committees regarding corporate governance matters, including internal investigations.
Mr. Reed was admitted to practice in Texas in 1974.
