James M. Schendle
Mr. Schendle has been practicing law in the areas of real estate and general corporate law since 1973. He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His real estate practice includes all aspects of real estate transactions, such as acquisitions and dispositions of businesses involving primarily real estate assets. His practice emphasizes the purchase and sale of land, apartment complexes, retail shopping centers, warehouses, and office buildings, real estate financing, single-family, multi-family, office, and shopping center developments, and all aspects of commercial leasing.
Mr. Schendle was admitted to practice in Texas in 1970.
